Landscaping Operatives
Northampton
£28,800 + Overtime & Full benefits Package
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Landscaping Operatives to join our clients team in Northampton. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of vibrant, high-quality outdoor spaces in a variety of settings, including new build developments. If you are passionate about landscaping and thrive in outdoor environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities for Landscaping Operatives
Planting and maintaining flower beds, living walls, hedges, and other soft landscaping features.
Turfing and managing different types of turf and soil (knowledge in this area is a plus but not essential).
Operating landscaping equipment, including Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers, and other small plant tools.
Ensuring high standards of work are consistently met, aligned with project requirements and client expectations.Requirements for Landscaping Operatives
A valid driving license.
A valid CSCS card.
Previous experience in soft landscaping
Familiarity with planting, turfing, and general landscaping techniques.
Proficiency in the safe use of landscaping tools and machinery.Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 06:30 – 16:00
