Berry Recruitment are seeking a skilled Administrator for our client based near Aylesbury. You will be supporting the General Manager in managing and analysing essential business data with precision. This role requires advanced Excel skills to capture, collate, and analyse data, generate reports, and apply complex formulas to support operational efficiency.
Contract: Temp to Perm, Full Time
Pay: £12.66 per hour
Hours: 8.5-hour shifts between 6 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Capture and collate key business data, ensuring accuracy.
Excel Expertise: Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and various other complex formulas to process and analyse large datasets.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate accurate reports to enhance operational performance.
Process Optimisation: Automate reporting and streamline data workflows.
Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth data flow.
Administration: Provide key support to the General Manager with essential admin tasks.What We’re Looking For:
Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other complex formulas).
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
