Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a well-established financial services on the recruit of an Administrator to join their company based near Godalming, providing a wide range of solutions to clients. We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrator to join our growing team to sit within the accounts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to support our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various departments within the company
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Manage and organize office paperwork, files, and documents
Sales Ledger Invoicing
Post Sales Ledger Receipts
Aged Debtor Statements/Letters
Provide occasional support to the accounts team with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
Ensure smooth office operations by performing day-to-day administrative tasks Key Skills & Experience:

Previous administrative experience is essential
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge or experience in accounts or finance is a plus but not essential
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work Additional Information:

Full-time, office-based role
£26,000 – £27,000
