Salary: £22,800-£23,800 (35 hour contract)

Creating engaging bilingual content, including case studies, videos, and social media posts.
Developing marketing materials in Welsh to support company-wide initiatives.
Representing the company at external meetings and events held in the Welsh language.
Supporting HR and operational teams in delivering Welsh-language projects and resources.
Maintaining key Welsh-language standards, including the Cynnig Cymraeg accreditation.
Translating internal communications, policies, and external enquiries into Welsh.What We’re Looking For
Fluent Welsh and English speaker, with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
A passion for Welsh language, culture, and community engagement.
Experience in marketing, content creation, or communications.
Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Creative and proactive mindset, with an ability to drive initiatives forward.Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or video editing software.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
