About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactiveRetention Advisor to join our Team on a full-time basis at firmus energy’s. In this role, you will engage with our valued customers to understand their needs, reduce churn, and enhance loyalty by providing exceptional support and personalised solutions. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
