Description
We are seeking HGV Class 2 Recycling Vehicle Drivers for our client, based in Mallusk for an immediate start. Temp-perm following successful completion of a 12 week period. This is a physical role, you will not just be driving. You will be expected to enter/exit the vehicle approx. 250 times per day. NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS WITH NO EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Hours of work Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm. Any hours beyond 3.30pm will be paid at overtime rate. Pay Rate £14.69 per hour (Rising to £15.13 per hour on 1st April 2025) Essential Criteria Current C Class Driving License (HGV) Valid Driver CPC Card Desirable Criteria Valid Digital Tachograph Card Recycling Vehicle Experience Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude Team-oriented Ability to accurately complete documentation Flexibility to work overtime, as required Capable of handling physical tasks and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
