Service Advisor, Craigavon, c£28k + benefits We are working with a successful supplier into the plant and automotive markets to recruit for their new permanent Service Advisor to join them in Craigavon. Working Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm and within a busy and supportive team you will be the first point of contact for customers where you will; Liaise with them on their service needs and book in appointments Create internal work orders for customers work Update all parties on progress Close and invoice jobs once scheduled work has been completed What we are looking for Experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial or vehicle setting Strong communication and people skills Effective time management and organisational skills Confident IT skills Skills: customer service administration communication
