Chef de Rang Opportunity – £25,800 plus tronc of circa 6k.

Job Description
Salary – £25,800
Hours – 43 per week (we are very firm on this any hours worked over are given back)
Tronc – paid in addition to salary. The busier we are the better the tips etc. We estimate around £500 per month.
Structure – reporting to head waiter, who will have there own section. However will report to Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Role – the role itself is of course focused on service and maintaining a section (four tables per section). Primarily based on food service and guest interactions. Then ensuring guests are looked after and that they feeling looked after and without want. This will also include the setting of the restaurant and back of house areas in preparation of service. A rolling rota of breakfast shifts is also included.
