The Role
Build your own client portfolio and grow it from the ground up
Source and place top talent in schools and colleges across the UK
Negotiate contracts and close deals to grow your desk and client relationships
Develop key business skills – you’ll be at the forefront of sales, marketing, and recruitment
Work towards targets and earn uncapped commission based on your performance
