Description

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers through various methods including cold calling to potential new logo customers, email campaigns, and prospecting to our existing base, to ultimately feed them into the sales pipeline. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating contact, and building relationships to generate appointments and leads for our sales team.

You will also be responsible for the cross sell and upsell of our products and services into our existing base of small business customers and proactively account manage these customers to minimise churn and re-sign

Key responsibilities

Lead Identification & Generation: Research, track, and maintain a database of potential customers.
Lead Qualification: Contact prospects to assess their suitability and potential for conversion.
Communication & Outreach: Make outgoing calls, send targeted email campaigns, and engage with prospects on social media.
Database Management: Maintain and update the lead generation database with accurate information.
Customer Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs.
Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects at various stages of the sales process.
Cross-sell and Up-sell: Proactively manage a base of small business customers, to identify opportunities to cross sell, upsell and reduce churn by resigning their services with us.

Maintain awareness and keep abreast of the constantly changing market.

Skills & Experience

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.
Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes and techniques is helpful for qualifying and nurturing leads.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential customers.
Database Management Skills: Proficiency in using CRM and other lead generation tools.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different situations and communication styles.
