Are you a detail-oriented and motivated paralegal with a passion for residential property law? We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious boutique law firm in Worcester that is seeking a talented Residential Property Paralegal to join their dynamic and award-winning team.

The Role
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you’ll be supporting a team of experienced solicitors on a range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-quality, fast-paced practice with genuine scope for progression.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other residential property transactions
*
Preparing contracts, conducting searches, and managing pre- and post-completion documentation
*
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
*
Drafting and reviewing legal documents with a high degree of accuracy
*
Maintaining case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
The Ideal Candidate
*
Previous experience as a paralegal in residential conveyancing is essential
*
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and client care skills
*
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
