A Typical Day in the Job:
- Responding to and managing IT support requests via the internal ticketing system.
- Assisting with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Supporting network devices and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Providing high-quality technical support to clients across a range of industries.
- Gaining exposure to real-world business IT infrastructures and projects.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge:
- A real passion for IT and systems, with a desire to build a long-term career.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Clear, confident communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A commitment to continual learning and self-improvement.
- A Grade 5/C in GCSE English and a Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths is required for this role.
- A full clean driving licence would be advantageous.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £15,000 per annum.
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00am 5:30pm; Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm.
- 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship will help you build strong foundations for a successful career in IT. Youll gain skills in IT support, user account management, system troubleshooting, and networking alongside a nationally recognised qualification.
Training is delivered through live virtual sessions, self-paced modules, and one-on-one support from experienced trainers.
