We’re recruiting for a Telesales Advisor to join a growing team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. Youll play a key role in driving sales performance across both existing and expanding networks, helping customers make the switch to anew service. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams, youll manage inbound queries, generate leads, and play your part in building a strong sales pipeline all while delivering standout customer service.

What Youll Be Doing:

– Hitting (and exceeding!) sales KPIs through a proactive, desk-based approach
– Managing inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and identifying customer needs
– Handling general queries, escalating where needed, and ensuring a smooth customer journey
– Supporting new team members with training and onboarding
– Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and following all GDPR protocols
– Highlighting the real value of products and services not just focusing on price

– Previous experience in an outbound sales role is essential
