Base to £27,000, realistic OTE £45,000 uncapped (top performers earning £50k+)

A successful salesperson matched with a superior product and service is a great combination, plus you will also have appealing promotions and propositions in your armoury.

We are looking for previous sales experience, as although not all campaigns are cold calling, they will all be outbound. (we also have an inbound team).

We have many campaigns in the pipeline for you to get stuck into, plus plenty of opportunity for you to bring ideas to the table and help shape futre campaings.

If you can sell then imagine yourself earning and spending the £50,000+ that others in the team are already enjoying.

Rural villages have old, slow copper broadband – they struggle to do the things that residents in larger towns and cities take for granted, think watching Netflix or gaming without it buffering, working from home, etc….We solve the problem by building a fibre to the home (FTTH) network, providing a fast and reliable internet connection.

As a sales role there are targets and you will be making numerous calls each day, there will be unanswered calls and there will be objections to handle – which is why we feel our Outbound Sales teams need more experience but are also recognised and rewarded with greater earning potential.

Let’s be honest, sometimes it can be a numbers game and your prior experience may tell you that – but here you will not be chasing a pipe dream, you will sell, you will make sales every day and be rewarded for it. If that motivates you then get in touch.

Note: As we need to speak to customers outside of normal hours on occasions, this role would require a late shift – 11.00am to 7.30pm once a week, with a Saturday, which can be worked from home, on a rota basis circa once every 4 weeks, with a day of in lieu during the week.
