Administrator – Southam, Warwickshire

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing office team based in Southam, Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, processing orders, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Salary: £25,000 (reviewed after a 6-month probation period)
Holidays: 22 days – plus statutory days
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

Answering the phone and acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Processing orders efficiently and accurately
Handling general administration tasks to support the office team
Manage and maintain office systems and procedures

Sales Administration
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Maintain accurate records and files
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
Provide support to other team members as neededSkills & Experience Required:

Previous office experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Order processing experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
