My client, a reputable and well-established firm based near Cranbrook, is currently seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Role:

This is a dual-purpose position ideal for someone who enjoys both front-of-house responsibilities and behind-the-scenes administrative work. The successful candidate will manage reception duties and provide administrative support to the Wills and LPA Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining general office operations and supplies
  • Providing administrative support to the Wills and LPA department, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
  • Liaising professionally with clients and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, flexible approach to tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
