Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Compliance Administrator for our client based in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading facilities management team in a key support role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance & Technical Manager, ensuring that all compliance documentation and administrative processes run efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update internal CAFM systems to ensure data accuracy and task completion.
- Monitor and respond to queries via shared email accounts.
- Liaise with subcontractors to arrange and confirm scheduled services.
- Review and validate compliance documentation submitted by subcontractors and engineers.
- Upload and manage compliance records within E Logbook and CAFM platforms.
- Support regional managers by preparing and providing compliance reports.
- Escalate issues to senior management as needed, ensuring swift resolution.
- Understand contractual scopes to allow for effective scheduling of remedial works.
- Maintain and update financial and operational trackers.
- Monitor planned maintenance works to ensure completion within SLAs.
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractor services and materials.
- Respond to compliance-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Track and manage outstanding compliance tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management and compliance environment is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with solid knowledge of other MS Office applications such as Word and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems is advantageous.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of managing workload independently.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
Package:
- Salary is up to £25,618K
- Working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Holidays 25 basic plus public holidays
- Hybrid working after training, 3 days at home / 2 days in office (always in office each Tuesday and Friday)
