Description
We’re looking for a Service Technician to join a well-established technical solutions provider in Salford, supporting their growing customer base across the UK and beyond.
This role offers the chance to work as part of a close-knit technical team, supporting the testing, service, and maintenance of specialist equipment used across a range of industries.
What’s on offer?
* £27,000 – £29,000 per year
* Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 3:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
* Friday 7:00am – 2:15pm or 8:00am – 3:15pm

What will you be doing as a Service Technician?
* Diagnosing and repairing faults across a wide product range
* Reading and interpreting technical schematics and assembly drawings
* Performing soldering and other component-level repair tasks
* Interacting directly with customers, providing technical support and exceptional service
* Recording service jobs and repair details using the internal ERP system
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with goods in/out and spare parts picking
What do you need?
* A mechanical/electrical background
* Soldering experience, including small components
* Good computer literacy and experience working with internal systems
