Transport Administrator
Location: Leeds (LS9)
Sector: Admin & Secretarial
Job Type: Temporary
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 18:00pm
Pay: £12.21 – £14.00 per hour, dependant on experience

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator on behalf of a logistics company based in Leeds (LS9). This is a temporary role with an immediate start available.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the transport department with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records are maintained and operations run smoothly.

Key Duties:

Debriefing drivers on return
Recording driver hours and mileage using spreadsheets
General office administration
Assisting with other transport-related admin as required
Requirements:

Previous experience in a Transport Administration role
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
