The Role:
You will be working closely with an established team of consultants and carrying out a varied admin support role while acting as first point of contact for our customers. Duties will include:
Interviewing candidates through our online video platform and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Assisting the consultant in liaising with and supporting variety of clients on delivering exciting recruitment projects from one off specialist roles through to volume campaigns
Writing job advertisements and dealing with responses
Developing the skills and ability to carry out resourcing to find candidates through various proactive tasks
Working to deadlines in order to find suitable candidates for jobs
Managing a database of candidates, matching them to a variety of positions
Sourcing leads and new business opportunities for the sales team
Confidently dealing with candidates
Working as part of a team to hit individual and team KPIs and targets
Resourcing candidates through a variety of proactive tasks including using cutting edge technology to promote our vacancies and brand
Providing general branch support duties
