Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a logistics company basined in Nursling, Southampton. This is a permanent position.

Responsibility as an Administrator:

Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email

Preparing pick instructions using warehouse management system

Updating of KPI reports

Data Entry for inbound and outbound goods using different systems

Preparation of shipment and Export shipments

Checking and ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders

Requirements as an Administrator:

Good level of IT skill and use of Microsoft Office

Strong administration experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised

The Role:

Working in a busy office environment

Working hours are Monday until Friday 8:30am until 17:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Permanent role

This role is paying £26,500
