Temp Events Marketing Executive – Global Energy Event
Central London | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day Work from home)
£100 per day (via umbrella company) | 35 hours/week (9am-5pm with 1-hour lunch)

Ready to dive into the world of international events? We’re looking for a hands-on Events Marketing Executive to join a vibrant team delivering a flagship energy event – with Milan on the calendar this year!

You’ll play a key role in supporting the marketing team in the lead-up to this global B2B event, which attracts:

50,000 visitors

700+ exhibitors

This is a junior-level, temp position ideal for someone with event marketing experience looking to grow their skill set in a busy environment. You’ll be involved in:

Website updates

Writing and editing email copy

Supporting campaign delivery and admin

Collaborating with internal teams to keep everything on track

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Some previous experience in event marketing (even internships or junior roles)

Strong attention to detail

A confident communicator and relationship builder

Comfortable with fast turnaround tasks and multiple deadlines

Working Details:

4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Based in Central London

2-stage interview process (1 online, 1 in-person with Hiring Manager)

Temp contract only – paid via umbrella company at £100/day
