Contract Administrator

Salary – £17,500 – £19,000 per annum
Hours – 27.5 hours per week
Location – Kent, TN9 1TB

As a Contract Administrator at FCC Environment, you will provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support to a designated team. You will be essential in ensuring records are accurate and up to date, supporting team operations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

This vacancy is for a part-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?

– Performing data extraction, photocopying, filing, typing, and other clerical tasks
– Managing and responding to daily emails
– Maintaining accurate, timely, and legible records
– Assisting with ordering and maintaining stock supplies
– Supporting report collation
– Ensuring filing systems comply with company policies
– Providing flexible support to the team and assisting in various departments as needed
– Maintaining confidentiality at all times
– Updating data entry sheets and ensuring accuracy

What are we looking for?

– Strong organisational and administrative skills
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Bright, confident personality with honesty and reliability
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
