We are currently working with an alternative provision in Derby who are eagerly looking for Teaching assistants who have a passion for working with and supporting children who display challenging behaviour.

The ideal behavioural Teaching assistant will be someone who has a growth mindset and will always ensure each child is supported.

We have a range of roles at this provision, both full time and part time and we are offering temp to perm roles.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will:

Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle regularly.
Have behaviour management experience.
Have business insurance OR be willing to get it.
Be highly supportive of each student and their needs.
Always be patient and understanding.
Strive to make a positive impact.
Have a passion for working within an SEND school.
Have entry level Maths & English experience.
