We are recruiting for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Advisor to work within a friendly office in the Swindon area.

About the Role:

  • Monday to Friday No weekends!
  • 7:30am-3.30pm or 8.30am-4.30pm
  • Temporary – May 2025 to August 2025
  • Weekly pay
  • £12.24ph + enhanced overtime rates
  • Full training will be provided
  • Office based role (no remote working option)

Duties:

  • You will be the first point of contact for Spanish Customers, who need support with products they have purchased including PCs, Laptops, Tablets, TVs etc
  • Escalating issues to second line support where required
  • You will be liaising with customers both over the phone and via email

Skills / Attributes required:

  • You will need to be fluent in English / Spanish (both written & verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Outlook & Word
