Description
Responsibilities will include the following making the role varied and part of the Receptionist team
* Welcoming clients, visitors and staff attending the Luton office
* Following visitor sign in procedures when visitors arrive for meetings
* Monitoring of the suite of meeting rooms to ensure they are kept tidy and in good working order for all meetings
* Provision of appropriate refreshments within the meeting rooms as and when requested
* Supporting the setup of meeting rooms and catering for client and/or staff events
* Assist with meeting room bookings
* Answering and directing incoming calls across both offices
* Directing of enquiries to the relevant departments
* Ensure attendance registers are printed and updated accordingly
* Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post and arranging distribution of post internally.
* Dealing with incoming deliveries
* Management of the Franking machine and liaison with Royal Mail
* Managing the ordering of stationary for Luton and Berkhamsted office
* Support in the ordering of supplies for the Berkhamsted office
* Binding of relevant documents
* Support with laminating activities
* Support with file retrievals from off-site storage
* Scanning, preparing and photocopying documents
* Ensure reception area is neat and tidy at all times
* Ad hoc administrative project work
* General administrative duties
