FLT COUNTERBALANCE DRIVER
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 08:00 – 17:00
£12.50 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our reputable client based in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire.
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering a competitive rate of pay and a chance to secure a long-term position.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Safely load and unload construction products onto and from vehicles, using Counterbalance Trucks
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations while operating machinery
- Carry out general warehousing duties as required
- Physical fitness is essential as this role involves manual handling of heavy items
Essential Skills
- Valid Counterbalance Licence
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good spatial awareness
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Valid Reach Truck Licence would be desirable
Training
- You will receive training, including a comprehensive overview of warehouse operations and expectations for this role
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
