Siamo Recruitment have collaborated with one of the UKs leading electronic manufacturers based within Cirencester, Gloucestershire. With turnaround times rapidly advancing, they are seeking a technically skilled electrical assembler to join their team!
As an electrical assembler you will ensure that assemblies are functional, precise and play a vital role in bringing innovative electronic products into the market.
You’ll work hands-on to wire, build, and test components using technical drawings and schematics, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for excellence.

Salary: £12.21-£12.50 per hour

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 07:30am-16:00pm & Friday: 07:30am-12:00pm.

This Electrical Assembler role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Soldering, crimping and other techniques to ensure secure and conductive connections.
  • Following Safety procedures to adhere to company safety standards and electrical codes (OSHA, NEC). Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Quality control and testing assemblies to ensure continuity, insulation resistance and correct operation is occurring.
  • Component installation of switches, relays. Circuit breakers, transformers and connectors.
  • Wiring and assembly of electrical wires, cable and harnesses according to specifications.
  • Documenting and recording assembly data, test results, and maintain detailed production records.


The ideal candidate for this role would have the skillset below:

  • Previous exposure within electrical assembly is essential.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, and electrical standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual soldering skills.
  • Strong fine motor skills providing accuracy and endurance.
