VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Craigavon. This is a Full-time position – Monday – Friday position (with an early finish Friday) Permanent position – Position of work is Craigavon Salary: £23,500 + Benefits package & Growth Opportunities + Overtime (1.5x) – 36.75 hour position, any time over this is paid at 1.5x hourly rate Responsibilities: Internal and external emails Raising and closing jobs on Facilities Management side of the business Raising Purchase Orders to our Supply Chain side of the business Answering the phone to clients and engineers Ideal Criteria: Experience with Microsoft Office package Experience in a similar client/customer facing role Helpdesk experience Experience with CAFM systems advantageous Skills: Helpdesk Admin PO Purchasing notes jobs email Benefits: Pension Annual Leave Benefits
