We are currently looking to recuit an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to join our client’s team on a fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Internal Sales team in the role of Internal Account Manager. You will contribute to increasing the Company’s positive market profile along with developing and maintaining great business to business relationships with our customers. Working closely with the External Account Manager(s) on your jointly agreed plan you will make a positive contribution to the success of the sales territory and together represent the Company and its product portfolio. You will liaise with your colleagues within the business to overcome challenges/obstacles and develop effective and constructive solutions for the customer. The requirements: The successful candidate will thrive on interacting with our customers, understanding their needs and developing the business relationship between us and our customers. They will have excellent people skills with a strong drive to generate sales and work towards personal, team and company targets. A passion for selling is important and you should also be self-motivated and confident.

Required Skills / Experience:

 Positive and enthusiastic with a desire to succeed.

 Experience in hitting and exceeding sales targets.

 Proven sales history

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to develop and maintain positive business to business customer relationships on the telephone.

 Ability to effectively absorb and retain detailed product information.

 Creative problem solving skills.

 You will be required to support the business at shows and events, including outside of normal working hours from time to time.

 Experienced in using CRM systems
