Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: £24,646 per annum

We’re hiring an Administrator to support a busy and fast-paced operational environment across key Ministry of Defence (MoD) sites.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

Organising and facilitating meetings (e.g. SIMM and TFM) across various MoD sites.
Booking facilities, managing site access, recording decisions, and maintaining action logs.
Producing and circulating reports, tracking performance data, and handling stakeholder communication.
Gathering and acting on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Providing ongoing administrative support to the site operations team.Locations you may cover include MoD Lyneham, Azimghur Barracks, Rudloe South, DNBC Winterbourne Gunner, AIRC Netheravon, AOSB Westbury, and others.

What You’ll Need:
Proven administrative experience, ideally in a customer-driven or operational environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
Ability to pass BPSS security clearance (required)Experience within construction, facilities maintenance, or a MoD setting is desirable but not essential.
