As aCollection Agent / Call Centre Agentyoull be making and receiving calls to recover outstanding debts. You will talk customers through their situation and agreeing payment plans, handling sensitive conversations with professionalism, empathy and care. You will be responsible for logging accurate information in customer databases and internal systems, working to targets in a supportive, open-plan contact centre whilst using clear processes to achieve consistent, ethical outcomes

As aCollection Agent / Call Centre Agentyou will have;

Experience in collections, credit control, or call centre environments, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, you will be comfortable working to targets and being rewarded for results. You will be confident in using multiple systems and technology, be calm under pressure and able to ask the right questions to solve problems. You will be resilient, empathetic, and professional in every customer interaction

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sheffield (S3), working 37.5 hours across shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
