About the Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where children can truly thrive!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting lesson delivery and classroom activities
Encouraging and motivating pupils
Assisting with classroom organisation and admin
Creating a safe, engaging learning space Who We’re Looking For:
✨ A positive and proactive attitude
✨ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
✨ Previous experience with children (school setting ideal!)
✨ A real passion for supporting children’s learning and development
✨ Based in or able to commute to Stoke-on-Trent
✨ SEN experience? That’s a big bonus-but not essential!
