Teaching Assistants – Sutton
Location: Sutton, London
Salary: £28,125 – £28,929 per annum
Start Date: Immediately
Contract: Full-time, for the full academic year
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Teaching Assistants to join a supportive and vibrant primary school in Sutton. The school is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive individuals to work closely with teachers and pupils to enhance learning outcomes and classroom engagement.
This is a full-time position starting immediately and continuing for the full academic year.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation and classroom activities
*
Provide general classroom support to pupils across different year groups
*
Lead or support small group interventions and activities
*
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
*
Support with behaviour management and daily classroom routines
Requirements:
*
Minimum of three GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
*
Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
*
Previous experience supporting pupils in a classroom environment
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
A positive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude
