Manpower are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Grantham for an experienced Forklift driver with a valid Counterbalance license to work 0600-1800 paying £12.90 per hour weekly pay

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire

Industry: Recycling & Waste Management (White Goods)

Position: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, with optional overtime available

My client is a well-established recycling company based in Grantham, specialising in the responsible handling and processing of white goods. As demand grows, we’re seeking an experienced Forklift Driver with a valid Counterbalance license to join our hardworking team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Safely operating counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload large appliances and white goods
  • Assisting with the organisation of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Ensuring all loads are secured and transported in line with health and safety regulations
  • Supporting general yard duties when required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

What We’re Looking For:

? Proven experience as a forklift driver in a busy industrial or recycling environment

? Valid Counterbalance Forklift License

? Comfortable handling heavy and bulky items such as fridges, washing machines, and cookers

? Strong understanding of workplace health and safety

? Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
