We’re working in close partnership with a fantastic Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” Primary School in Bordesley Green, seeking a committed and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Reception class from September 2025.
This is a full-time opportunity offering consistency, professional development, and the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Your Role:
You’ll be working closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning and development during this key foundation stage. This is a rewarding position where you’ll help nurture young minds at a crucial stage in their educational journey.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 6 months experience in an EYFS setting
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
SEND experience is highly desirable
A proactive, patient, and kind-natured individual
A genuine passion for supporting young children’s growth and development
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
