SEND Teaching Assistant (Full Time)
Leeds (LS5)
£90 – £100 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS5) to start Sept 2025 for the new academic year on a Full-Time basis. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working 1-2-1 predominantly with a pupil in KS1, however you may also support other pupils across school for variety in the role. You would be supporting a child with SEND needs, so you must be caring, nurturing and a calm presence in the classroom.

This 2 form primary school is located in LS5. It is a very supportive and welcoming environment where children’s needs are well catered for. The successful candidate will have the neccessary SEND experience as well as experience of working with primary aged pupils.

Requirements
The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Have experience working with Primary School aged children

• Have experience working with pupils with SEND

• You must have a Team Teach qualification
