What You’ll Do
*
Provide day-to-day support to students with behavioural needs
*
Monitor attendance and behaviour, maintaining detailed records on in-house systems
*
Supervise communal areas and support teaching staff with classroom management
*
Carry out safety checks including mobile phone collection and student searches
*
Assist with conflict resolution and de-escalation, including physical intervention (if trained)
*
Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies to ensure student engagement
*
Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to maintain a consistent support approach
What You’ll Need

Experience working with young people displaying challenging behaviour
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Physically fit and confident dealing with behavioural incidents
*
High attention to detail when logging and reporting incidents
*
Flexibility, resilience, and a calm, professional approach under pressure
