The Role – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
As a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with a pupil who requires additional behavioural support, helping them stay engaged in learning and make positive choices throughout the school day. You will implement strategies to support emotional regulation, build trust, and provide consistent guidance under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO. Patience, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
