Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

As a Teaching Assistant you’ll support pupils across a range of abilities, helping to build their confidence and keep them engaged in their learning. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, dependable, and ready to work as part of a team, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment every day.
About the school
We work in partnership with a wide network of welcoming, well-supported schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, including primary and secondary schools, academies, local authority provisions, and specialist SEND settings. Whether you’re passionate about early years, KS2 or supporting pupils with additional needs, we’ll match you with schools that align with your skills and values. As a Heart of Supply educator, you’ll be part of a growing team that’s making a real difference in the classroom, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments.
What you will need:
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, or youth setting
* A calm, nurturing approach and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
* Confidence supporting learning under the direction of a class teacher
* A proactive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to different year groups or settings
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is helpful, but not essential if you have relevant experience
