Location: Wick, Bristol
Salary: Starting salary £25,000
Hours: Standard days 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team, the facility is based about 2 miles from Wick, Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, providing exceptional service and administrative support to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Administrator, you’ll be the hub between clients, engineers, and internal departments:
Manage and nurture client accounts within engineering & manufacturing sectors
Coordinate engineers’ site visits and prepare client documentation
Process technical reports, customer requests, and sales orders
Maintain and update CRM records and technical documentation
Liaise with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle incoming client communications (calls, emails, in-person queries)
Generate and act on daily performance and service reportsWhat You’ll Need
This role suits someone with experience in technical or operations support who enjoys being at the centre of a busy environment:
Strong admin background, ideally within a technical or service-led industry
Confident using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
