Provide person-centred support to help individuals live as independently as possible

Support with daily activities, personal care, and social inclusion

Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional reassurance

Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals

What we’re looking for:

A kind, patient and reliable female support worker
*
At least 6 months experience in social care
*
A team player with good communication skills
*
Willing to work a flexible rota including days, nights and weekends
*
Committed to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable people
