ABA Tutor – Immediate Start
Location: Earl’s Court, London
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday), Term Time Only

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic ABA Tutor to support children with Autism Spectrum Condition in a well-resourced and inclusive setting based in Earl’s Court. The role is ideal for someone with experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or a background in psychology, who is passionate about making a real difference in a young person’s life.
You will work closely with a Lead Behaviour Analyst and school staff to deliver targeted interventions that promote the childrens communication, social skills, independence, and academic progress.
The Role
As an ABA Tutor, you will be responsible for:

Delivering ABA-based interventions as part of a structured programme

Implementing behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the Behaviour Analyst
*
Collecting data on student progress and behaviours throughout sessions
*
Supporting the development of functional communication and life skills
*
Creating a positive and structured environment that promotes engagement and learning
*
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience working as an ABA Tutor or in a behaviour support role (preferred)
*
A degree (or studying towards) in Psychology, Education, or a related field
*
A strong understanding of autism and/or behavioural approaches
*
Patience, consistency, and excellent communication skills
*
A proactive, resilient, and empathetic approach to working with children with additional needs
*
Commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries
