Key responsibilities

• Provide in-class support to teachers across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Assist with preparation and organisation of learning materials
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional support
• Support behaviour management and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to extracurricular and enrichment activities when required

Ideal candidate

• Previous experience in a school or education setting is preferred but not essential
• A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
• Flexible, patient, and proactive approach to daily tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A desire to pursue a future career in education is a plus
