£27,000 – £28,000 + Commission (£37,300 OTE)

The showroom is a destination for customers seeking quality, expertise, and design inspiration-and our client is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to help lead their customer journey from first contact through to completion.

Description of the role:

  • Guiding customers through the full sales process in person, via email, and over the phone.
  • Offering tailored advice on products, design, and technical queries.
  • Creating quotations, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales support.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring resolution to the highest standards.
  • Supporting and mentoring the wider sales team, including training new starters.
  • Using the CRM system to update customer records and sales activity.
  • Managing sample requests and showroom visits, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported.

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-focused role.
  • Background in luxury retail, interiors, or design (highly desirable).
  • A natural communicator-confident, articulate, and customer-focused.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and positive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
