£13.50 per hour | 2 on, 2 off shift pattern

Are you passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of young people? We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a brand-new children’s residential service set in a peaceful, scenic part of Lichfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Children’s Residential Worker to join a supportive and forward-thinking team – with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.
The Role:
Working in a nurturing and structured 3-bed EBD home, you’ll support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and learning challenges. You will play a key role in helping them feel safe, understood, and supported.

Shift pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off

Hours: 7:30 AM – 10:30 PM (Day shifts only)

Pay: £13.50 per hour
*
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience working in a similar residential childcare setting (EBD or SEN experience essential)
✅ Ability to commit to full shifts (7:30 AM – 10:30 PM) on a 2 on / 2 off rota
✅ A resilient, empathetic, and reliable professional who genuinely wants to make a difference
