Your role as an ALN Assistant:

Champion inclusion and make learning accessible for all.
Provide one-to-one and small group support – academically, socially, and emotionally.
Help pupils with their Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and celebrate every milestone, big or small.
Be a trusted adult, a calming presence, and a spark of joy in their school day.
