Your new company
You will be joining a large, matrix organisation looking to increase efficiency and productivity throughout their recruitment process, implementing new and innovative systems, all while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Your new role
– Design and execute TA strategy, driving efficiency through processes
– Improve recruitment productivity and candidate experience through optimising and automating processes.
– Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure you stay at the forefront of the market.
– Proactively implement best practice and integrity through operational improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed
– You will have worked delivering software/systems solutions in large, matrix organisations, with proven ROI.
– You will have partnered with senior stakeholders
– You will have worked within Talent Acquisition and understand the end-to-end recruitment process, valuing the candidate’s experience.
– You will be adept at system and software implementation, e.g. Oracle, AI.
What you’ll get in return
– £60-70K DOE with generous benefits package
– Hybrid model of working: 3 days in the office a week with 2 days working remotely.
