Sales Administrator – Permanent – Wigan – £28k per annum

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are exclusively working with our professional client who are a specialist in their field. With over 40 years trading and 6000 installations completed, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team of 4 based within their open plan office in the heart of Wigan.

Responsibilities

  • Handling sales enquiries and orders
  • Picking up orders and providing quotations
  • Creating purchase orders and sending all invoices
  • Processing and tracking customer orders to ensure on time delivery
  • Managing stock queries and ordering as required
  • Analysing sales data by product type
  • Responding to customer request for product information
  • Preparing and issuing internal contract documentation
  • Providing after sales and customer support
  • Passing onto an implementation team – eventually you will be scheduling jobs and project coordinating

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday (9AM – 5PM)
  • Friday (9AM – 4PM)

They are looking for a confident individual who can work on their own initiative but can also work well within a team. Sales experience would be an advantage but not essential.
