Our SEN School in Hammersmith and Fulham is a specialist day school for pupils aged 2-19 years, committed to enabling every child to reach their full potential.

Our SEN School serves the diverse community of Hammersmith & Fulham, welcoming students from across boroughs. Our pupils either have a Statement of Special Educational Needs or attend on an assessment placement. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring access to the National Curriculum while tailoring learning to meet individual needs.

Your Role:

Provide academic, social, and emotional support to students with SLD and PMLD, ensuring their learning experience is engaging and accessible.
Assist with behaviour management, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Work alongside teachers to deliver differentiated learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
Support students in off-site activities, helping them develop independence and confidence.
Collaborate with families, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each pupil.

Requirements:

✔ Experience working with children or young people in a support role.
✔ Understanding of SLD, PMLD, and complex needs.
✔ Strong behaviour management skills and experience with ASD preferred.
